šĀ Background:
In 2018, I was introduced to Kyle Martino and his vision for Goalpher, a concept that started as a simple cardboard model.
Two years later, I became the Executive Director of the Over Under Initiative, tasked with bringing Goalpher to life and expanding access to the beautiful game. During my tenure, we successfully installed Goalpher systems on 20 courts across the United States, working with partners like DICKāS Sporting Goods, Avery Dennison, San Diego Wave, San Diego Loyal, Columbus Crew, and KABOOM! to create vibrant hubs for sport and community.
In 2025, the Over Under Initiative is transitioning into Street Soccer USA, ensuring that its mission continues to grow and reach even more communities.
As the Over Under Initiative grew, Goalpher evolved into a groundbreaking product with global potential. In 2023, Patrice Evra joined as a Co-Founder, marking a pivotal moment for the brand. My role as Director of Operations focused on scaling up operations, streamlining logistics, and preparing Goalpher for a global market.
Even today, I continue to believe in Goalpher's potential to revolutionize access to the game and remain involved in its promotion and sales.
After a trip to Amsterdam and meeting Edward van Gils, I became increasingly inspired by the global street football movement and started connecting with communities around the world. In 2024, I joined the Advisory Board of the newly formed International Street Football Association (ISFA).
In November 2024, we organized the first-ever ISFA 3v3 Street Football World Cup in Riga, Latvia. The tournament featured 30 teams representing nations from every continent, creating a vibrant celebration of street football culture.
As Director of Operations, I contributed to planning the tournament, coordinating the United States qualifiers, and serving as the live-stream commentator during the event.
While visiting MedellĆn with ISFA, I discovered Torneo Del Barrio, the cityās premier local tournament, and fell in love with its energy and passion. I was equally inspired by Futtoāa groundbreaking startup that streams the tournament and proudly serves as the "official channel of unofficial football."
I believe that Futto has the potential to captivate a global audience, especially in the United States, where street football culture is growing. To help make this vision a reality, I returned to MedellĆn alongside documentary filmmaker Jeremy Leibovitch to begin producing a film on Torneo Del Barrio.
In parallel, I partnered with Futto to design and create jerseys for the tournamentās teams and players, helping to elevate its profile and connect fans to their favorite stars.
Torneo Del Barrio is, in my opinion, the best street soccer tournament in the world, and Futtoās Twitch channel is already ranked #97 among Spanish-speaking Twitch channels globally. Itās time for the USA to join the audience.
In 2024, I co-founded TAL3NTO alongside Franco Burset and Jafi Alexis to spark a 3v3 street football movement in New York City. Our mission is simple: to promote a version of the beautiful game thatās easier to play and accessible to everyone, anywhere.
Weāve hosted events with brands like Pabloās Mate and BUNT, held pop-up matches in unique locations such as Pier 76, and participated in (and won) iconic tournaments like Street Soccer USAās Times Square Cup. Our tagline says it all: āWe play street football anywhere and everywhere.ā
From a handball court lit by floodlights to the basement of a church, from Pier 76 to the American Dream Mall, weāre redefining how and where football is played. Our marquee events are held at the Ground, but weāre always looking to collaborate with other brands and organize matches in unique locations across NYC and beyond.
